Hilfe & Kontakt
Erfasse über mehrere Tage, was du beobachten möchtest.

Help & contact
A question or a technical problem?
Email us with your device model, iOS version, GutFlow version, and a short description of the problem.
You do not need to send personal health entries. Please hide sensitive details in screenshots and do not attach reports or backups containing health data.
How do I get started?
Complete the brief introduction, then tap “Log entry” or the plus button. Choose stool form and how you feel; additional details are optional. History shows your entries as a list, on a calendar, and in statistics.
Do I need an account or internet connection?
Your diary does not require an account. Entries are stored locally on your device. Logging, history, and local insights work offline. Opening this support page or the legal information requires an internet connection.
How do I add food, stress, or sleep?
Go to More → Settings and enable the tracking topics you want to use. They will then be available when you record an entry. Add relevant details and optional notes.
Why do I not see any associations yet?
GutFlow needs enough entries with relevant everyday context and comparison data. Record what you want to observe over several days. Not every diary will reveal a pattern. Insights describe possible associations in your entries and do not identify medical causes.
How do I prepare a report for an appointment?
Open Reports, choose a date range, and add symptoms and questions if helpful. Use the export buttons to create a PDF report or CSV file. You choose where to save it. An export is not automatically sent to us or to a healthcare professional.
How do I back up my entries or move to another device?
Under More → Backup & Restore, create a GutFlow backup file that you can import later. You can protect it with a separate password. Keep that password safe; it is independent of your app PIN. Create a current backup before importing, as an import replaces the existing diary data. Save backups somewhere you can still access after changing devices.
How is my data stored?
GutFlow stores entries locally and does not provide its own cloud sync. You choose where exports and backups are saved. Depending on your device and system settings, operating-system backups or cloud storage you choose may be involved. See the privacy policy for more information.
How do I delete my data?
Under More → Privacy & Security, you can reset the local app data. This deletes your entries, so back up anything you want to keep first. Reports and backup files you have already saved must be deleted separately from their respective locations.
Why did my reminder not appear?
In GutFlow, check More → Reminders to confirm reminders are enabled and a time has been saved. Also check GutFlow’s notification permission in iOS Settings. Focus modes and other system settings can affect when a notification is shown.
How do I protect access to the app?
Set up a PIN under More → Privacy & Security. If your device supports biometrics and they are configured, you can also enable biometric unlocking. Your PIN remains the local fallback.
